§ 1 General Information
Personal data is any information relating to your personal or factual circumstances, i.e. data that identifies you or can be used to identify you. This includes, for example, your real name, your address, your telephone number or your date of birth. Personal data also includes data that can be related to a person, meaning data without a direct reference but from which a person can be identified, such as an IP address.

For the operation of our website, we process information that is strictly necessary within the meaning of Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG. However, since IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address is shortened by Google beforehand within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

We use the User-ID function. § 6 Google reCAPTCHA
To ensure sufficient data security when transmitting forms, we use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. in certain cases. This is primarily used to distinguish whether an input is made by a natural person or abusively by automated processing. The service includes the transmission of the IP address and, if applicable, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service.
